JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Administrative tasks
- Prepare cash bills, invoice, delivery order & purchase order.
- Manage and maintain stock
- Maintain filing system (hard copy & soft copy) and office equipment
- Capable of doing social media marketing
- Excellent in using computer
- Involve in staff recruitment
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing activities
- Plan and prepare application focused content for publication and sharing across social media (FB, IG, TIKTOK)
- Research relevant sources for content, industry media and social media outlets
- Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media
- Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilized to communicate with customers
- Implement social media and social proof campaigns for specific marketing goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Human Resources Management, Marketing or Equivalent.
- IPTA graduated
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s) : Knowledge in social media
- Excellent in using computer
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
- Must be discipline in working
