Requirements :
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. No experience required. The following would be added advantage: knowledge: working with IT equipment, ability to capture data, operate computer Knowledge of government framework governing the Public Service, good communication skills (written and verbal)ability to prepare reports submissions and presentations, and customer service skills are essential. A code 08 driver’s licence.
Duties :
- Perform administration function to the directorate on daily basis Monitor ICT Hardware register, compile RLS02 (payment method, long Hardware. Long Hardware incidents with vendors, issue voucher file administration. Receive ICT hardware, Issue ICT hardware (Loan and Permanent bases. Monitor ICT storeroom, Perform annual ICT Hardware, Physical Audit. Perform secretariat function, ICT data capturing
