The Role
- Design static graphics for real estate 1-sheets, property profiles/decks, leasing signage, ad sets, social posts, etc. - client to provide creative direction and copy
- Work with client to create updated brand standards and core templates - client to provide creative briefs/vision and list of creative assets that require a template(s)
- Update Canvas capabilities deck from Landlord leasing services, tenant services, etc.
- Generate detailed aerial maps showing cities, neighborhoods, etc and the retailers, offices, hotels, within those specified areas
- Design completed deal announcements we can blast to the greater brokerage / tenant / landlord community
- Design Canvas internal document marketing collateral such as letterheads, templates, etc
- Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.) when applicable or work w/ Canvas team to establish new templates for iteration
The Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Adobe Suite of design tools
- Experience supporting the development of brand/style guidelines
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with building/property renderings
- Light video-editing experience
- Experience designing in the real estate or property management industry
- Experience creating/editing virtual tools or 3D property tours
GROW-INTO:
- Create new designs from scratch - creative briefs provided by client
- Uploading creative files to appropriate platforms (Hootsuite, etc.)
- Saving, organizing and filing creative assets for easy/quick access and swift coordinate/collaboration w/ creative department

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
